Monica Ziegler, LMHC

Miami Relationship Issues Therapist

People who decide to pursue therapy usually want to improve their relationships with those closest to them. Yet our world is based on relationships with more than just our spouse or lover, friends and other family members.

We make connections and forge relationships with various individuals, including nannies, salespeople, teachers, co-workers and more. Therapy serves the purpose of understanding our various relationships, and fixing them.

Therapy can help if a relationship is suffering.  Hence the need for couples’ therapy.

Each individual that partakes in a relationship comes from a different background. Each person’s life is comprised of different experiences and therefore, different perspectives and opinions.

So it’s a wonder that a decent relationship can be had between two humans. Two people who make up a couple cannot just fuse together as one entity.

That kind of union is impossible. Often, people need some help to better fit together; to merge their two lifestyles and tendencies so that both can be comfortable and satisfied. And that’s where I come in.

My goal is to help both of the individuals in a relationship succeed, where in the past the relationship had issues.

I deal with a person’s  individual (or couples’) hang-ups and help both parties understand how these issues pertain to the relationship.

I give counseling to help people compromise and communicate better. Together, we come up with effective techniques that the individual or couple can practice to better their relationship.

I have experience helping individuals and couples improve their relationships.
